Central Coast Council launches new website
Central Coast Council is a newly created council, formed through the amalgamation of the former Gosford City and Wyong Shire Councils

With over 300,000 people, the newly formed Central Coast Council is one of the fastest growing regions in NSW and has the ninth largest population in Australia. 

The Council turned to Folk to ensure that a new website and online services would deliver on the key promises of their Customer Experience Framework to make it easy to interact with Council and deliver a consistent experience.  

Folk facilitated a customer-centred design process which included consultation with key stakeholders and the wider community to make sure that the needs of residents and businesses were understood and reflected in the design of the new site.

Folk also created a strategic roadmap with priorities for future digital development and a detailed implementation plan to provide practical support for migrating services and content to the new website.
