About you

As an experienced Digital Delivery Manager, Digital Producer, Product Manager or technologist you’re passionate about using web analytics to understand how digital products are performing and improve their design, a keen collaborator and communicator that’s well versed in technical delivery.

What you'll be doing

As a Digital Producer at Folk, you’ll help to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, working closely with user experience research teams, UX and UI designers, content strategists and our development partners and clients to design and build websites and digital products.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data and digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and tasks associated with projects, ensuring that all components are progressing as planned.
  • Work with UX researchers and designers to determine and document customer and business requirements, as well as outcomes to ensure program success.
  • Consult with clients and vendors to provide guidance and recommendations on platform choice to meet needs e.g. CMS, CRMs, LMSs etc.
  • Working with project teams to help push their thinking and understanding around the use of technology.
  • Manage delivery partners and work with client development teams to ensure the successful build and delivery of websites and digital products.
  • Contribute to user-acceptance and quality assurance testing on website builds.
  • Manage product handovers to clients at the end of projects, including running training and support activities as part of transitioning new sites to their BAU teams.

Analytics and insights (nice to have)

  • Conducting web analytics on websites, products, service or CX engagements - using GA, Screaming Frog, Hot jar and others.
  • Search analysis, keyword research and insights using tools like Ahrefs.
  • Analysis and reporting insights - preparing and presenting your findings to internal and client teams to help inform design, content strategy and technology decisions.
  • GA implementation strategy for sites, setting up tracking and creating Looker reporting dashboards.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong technology acumen and knowledge of best practice digital principles.
  • 4+ years experience with working with websites and digital products and services.
  • Experience gathering customer, business and technical requirements with stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of UX and UI design, and working with design systems.
  • Have a sound understanding of CMS platforms, digital accessibility and WCAG conformance.
  • Experience with Drupal/GovCMS/Squiz.
  • Some experience with Wordpress preferable, but not required.
  • Good working knowledge of front end HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Working knowledge of typical web integrations in order to scope and work with vendors in implementation - CRM, Marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, D365.
  • Experience working with front end and CMS developers, and ability to translate ‘developer language’ to client-friendly language.
  • Bonus if you have experience working on large scale digital transformation programs
  • Experience running digital projects from brief to delivery
  • Experience with Agile methods
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Have an ability to thrive in a collaborative, creative team environment
  • Have an ability to do a lot with a little
  • Be a keen problem-solver
  • Have an eye for detail
